Robert Schultz moved to approve the agenda, Jeff Stevens seconded the motion.  The motion was approved on a voice vote.

Jack Walton moved to approve the minutes.  Doug Grimm seconded the motion.  The motion was approved on a voice vote.

Aaron Wilson presented on the Long Range Transportation Plan. He gave an update on the plan, asked for a member of Community Forum to sit on the Citizen Advisory Committee and discussed the kickoff event that will look at the History of Transportation and Planning on March 6, 2020 5:00-7:00 PM at 101 S. Higgins Ave. He also answered question and concerns. Laurel Farrell volunteered for the committee. 

Tom Zavitz and Mary McCrea presented on Zoning 101.  They discussed the history of zoning in Missoula, zoning benefits, what zoning generally regulates (uses, height, setbacks, other aspects), residential zone uses, 1932 Missoula zoning, 2020 Missoula zoning, how Missoula uses "pyramidal zoning", residential building types, residential development, accessory dwelling units, residential density, how to find out what zoning you have, rezoning review criteria, rezone on 210 W Beckwith, 2035 Missoula City Growth Policy, zoning map, proposed rezone on 210 W Beckwith, rezone protest map, conditional use requests and they also answered questions and concerns.

Jane Kelly made a request to add $300 to encumbered to supplement NC budgets as needed. Ray Aten motioned, Doug Grimm seconded it was passed on a voice vote.
