Set a public hearing on September 26, 2022 to consider a resolution regarding proposed creation of a Missoula Local Government Building Special District.

Mayoral Approval of U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) to Fund a River Access in Caras Park

Approve the Mayor to sign a grant agreement with the US Economic Development Administration to accept $1,220,304.00 in federal grant funds to build a sustainable and accessible river access in Caras Park in Downtown Missoula.

Approve and authorize the Acting Mayor to sign a construction agreement with Western Interstate for the deconstruction of 1359 W. Broadway a cost not to exceed $74,815.00

PUBLIC HEARINGS

(State law and City Council rules set guidelines for inviting community comment in a formal way on certain issues. Following a staff report on each item, the City Council and the Mayor invite community comment. City Council holds a public hearing open for a week and then voting the following week, unless there is a requirement for final action on the night of the public hearing.)
