Reappointments to the City Board of Adjustment

• Recommended motion:

  Confirm the Mayor’s reappointment of Sandy Mitchell and Donald Briggs to the Board of Adjustment for terms beginning July 1, 2024 and expiring on June 30, 2027.

• Recommended motion:

  ADOPT a resolution establishing a Public Participation Plan, detailing how the City of Missoula will provide continuous public participation when adopting, amending, or updating a land use plan or regulations subject to MCA 76-25 (MLUPA).

• Recommended motion:

  ADOPT a resolution creating a Planning Commission for the City of Missoula, Montana, subject to MCA 76-25 (MLUPA).

• Recommended motion:

  Approve and Authorize the Mayor to sign the amended Interlocal Agreement for Land Use Planning Services, establishing additional functions for the City-County Consolidated Planning Board for the purposed of implementation of MCA 76-25 (MLUPA)
