    Approve the first contract amendment with Selectron for Atlas Insights and Inspector modules for an annual service fee of $35,000.00 and initial set-up fee of $34,000.00.

  • Recommended motion:

    Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the quote for a three year software agreement with Dell Technologies totalling $867,782.91 - with a total annual payment of $289,260.97 each year in support of Microsoft licensing costs.

  • Recommended motion:

    Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign quote 3000099506562.1 from Dell for the purchase of a new data server core in the amount of $255,080.05

  • Recommended motion:

    Approved and authorize the Mayor to sign quote CERQ95085 from Cerium for the purchase of five new replacement switches in the amount of $43,623.13

  • Recommended motion:

    Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign quote CERQ95086 from Cerium for the purchase of two new data center switches in the amount of $56,815.74

  • Recommended motion:

    Approve the acquisition of the Fynn-Lowney Ditch waiving of all contingencies per the July 22, 2021, purchase agreement between the Hellgate Valley Irrigation Company and the City of Missoula and authorize the Mayor to close on the property.

  • Recommended motion:

    Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign a first amendment to right-of-way agreement with HEH, LLC for the city to construct public infrastructure for the Mullan BUILD Project.

  • Recommended motion:

    Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign a First Amendment to the Agreement to Dedicate Right-of-Way with Rocky Mountain Beverage of Montana, LLC for the Mullan BUILD Project.

  • Recommended motion:

    Set a public hearing for October 25, 2021 and adopt the resolution of intention to adopt the 2020 Long Range Transportation Plan as an issue plan to the 2035 City of Missoula Growth Policy, and tentatively refer the item to the Land Use and Planning Committee.

  • Recommended motion:

    Award the bid for both Schedule A and B for the construction services for the Waterworks Hill Trailhead and Minkler Loop Road improvements to JAG Grading and Paving for the amount of $677,453.40 and authorize the return of bid bonds.

(State law and City Council rules set guidelines for inviting community comment in a formal way on certain issues.  Following a staff report on each item, the City Council and the Mayor invite community comment.  During COVID 19, the City Council is holding the public hearing open for a week and then voting the following week, unless there is a requirement for final action on the night of the public hearing.)

The chairperson of the standing City Council committee will make a motion. We invite community comment on each item.)

  • Recommended motion:

    Approve the Boarding Kennel Conditional Use Request located at 2100 South Reserve Street in accordance with Missoula City Zoning Ordinance, Title 20, Sections 20.10.020.D, 20.85.070, and 20.105.040.A.I.2 and based on the findings of fact in the staff report and subject to the condition of approval.  

  • Recommended motion:

    [Second and final reading] Adopt an ordinance rezoning the subject property located at 500 South Higgins Avenue, legally described in Exhibit A, from Missoulian PUD and M1R-2 Limited Industrial Residential to C1-4 Neighborhood Commercial / DE-D Design Excellence Overlay Downtown Hip Strip and OP1 Open Space, subject to the applicant filing the amended plat and meeting the terms of approval for subdivision exemption application 2021-MSS-SEA-00020 within one hundred and eighty (180) days of approval of the rezoning, subject to review and approval by Development Services and Public Works and Mobility, otherwise the rezoning of the property shall become null and void, and the property shall revert to its original status. The effective date of the ordinance is the date the amended plat is filed for subdivision exemption application 2021-MSS-SEA00020.
