  Award the bid to Prospect Construction, Inc. for the Upper Prospect No. 2 Water Storage Tank at a cost not to exceed $880,794.00 and authorize the return of bid bonds.

Bid Award with 3 Rivers Landworks, LLC. for a water main replacement on Beckwith Ave

  Award the bid for the Beckwith Ave water main replacement from Rollins Street to Woodford Ave to 3 Rivers Landworks for an amount not to exceed $498,802.22 and authorize the return of bid bonds.

National Institutes of Health Grant Agreement with the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes

  Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes for their work on the National Institutes of Health-funded grant project titled The Link.

Affordable Resident Oversight Committee Appointment

  Appoint Emily Shankle to the Alternate 2 position of the Resident Oversight Committee for a term beginning on February 15, 2022 and ending on May 31, 2022.

Resolution for 2nd Quarter FY 2022 budget amendments. This resolution amends the fiscal year 2022 budget to recognize revenues, and appropriate expenditures and budget transfers not identified in the original budget.

  Direct Community Planning, Development, and Innovation Staff to prepare an ordinance amending Title 5, the City of Missoula’s Business Licenses and Regulations Ordinance, in alignment with the presented “Title 5 Amendments: Cannabis Business Standards” white paper and set public hearing process with a April 4, 2022, public hearing at City Council.

(State law and City Council rules set guidelines for inviting community comment in a formal way on certain issues.  Following a staff report on each item, the City Council and the Mayor invite community comment.  During COVID 19, the City Council is holding the public hearing open for a week and then voting the following week, unless there is a requirement for final action on the night of the public hearing.)
