I move the MRA Board approve the request from Otis LLC in the amount of $315,100 for demolition/deconstruction, curb/gutter/street/sidewalk construction, water and sewer main extensions, and landscaping within the public right-of-way, contingent upon all relevant permit approvals, with reimbursement for eligible costs upon receipt of proof of payment and lien waivers, and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Development Agreement.
