Leigh Griffing, Finance Director shared information on the FY24 budget process. She and Mayor Hess answered specific questions posed by the Council members on how to read the budget how monies for the sale of lands related to the Affordable Housing Trust fund and the Mobile Support Team, funding for non-profits, Police new requests, Parks funding for open spaces and trails, ARPA funds still to be used, and code reform expenses, to name a few.
