Mrs. Rehbein presented the resolution. Heather Harp asked Mrs. Rehbein to talk to how this request compares to last year. She replied. 

Julie Merritt asked how much the sidewalk snow removal last year was going to cost and asked Mrs. Rehbein to address how much this costs compares to last year. Alicia Vanderheiden with Development Services explained the difference. Mrs. Harp asked for a detailed follow-up on that.

Heidi West asked if this was for residents who didn't pay their bill and how many were there. Discussion ensued. Mrs. Rehbein and Ms. Vanderhedien replied. 

Jordan Hess stated it would be interesting to track this year-over-year to determine if the costs come from the same residents.
